Interest rate increases can happen quickly. When an interest rate increase occurs, it takes effect the same day. You are always notified via messages in the internet bank about any interest rate changes. The new current interest rate is available on our website and at www.compricer.se. If you already have a variable savings account affected by the increase, the interest rate is automatically adjusted on your savings account the same day.
In the case of an interest rate decrease on Nordiska Flex or Nordiska Flex Plus, we notify you via messages in the internet bank 14 days before the decrease takes effect.
Follow these steps to access your messages in the Internet Bank:
Via the app

Open the Nordiska app.

Tap “Open new savings account in the Internet Bank.”
The Internet Bank will open directly within the app. -
Log in using BankID.

Tap the envelope icon (📩) in the top-right corner next to your name to view your messages.
Via the website

Go to www.nordiska.se.

Click “Log in” and choose Internet Bank.

Important to know
Messages sent from Nordiska (such as interest rate changes or other account information) are displayed in the Internet Bank – you can access them both via the website and directly in the app by opening the Internet Bank through the steps above.
