Yes, you can now open a new savings account directly through the app.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Nordiska app.
- Tap “Open new savings account in the Internet Bank.”
→ The Internet Bank will open directly within the app. - Log in with BankID.
- Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner to open the menu.
- Select “Open new account.”
- Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm with BankID.
Your new account will appear under “My accounts” in the Internet Bank – and also in the app.
Länk till fråganYes, fixed-term savings accounts are displayed under "Savings with Fixed Interest" in the app's overview. Here, you can see interest rates, maturity dates, and balances.

- Follow the Instructions: Make a transfer via your bank using the bankgiro number and OCR number displayed in the app. Note that the OCR number is unique for each account, and you can easily copy these details directly from the app to facilitate the transfer.

Click on your account in the app's overview. You can see a detailed history of deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Follow these steps:
- Open the Nordiska app.
- Tap “Open new savings account in Internet Bank” – this will open the Internet Bank directly within the app.
- Log in with BankID.
- In the menu, go to “Deposits and Transfers” and select “Transfer.”
- Enter the amount you want to transfer.
- Under “To account,” choose the registered bank account where the funds should be transferred.
- Confirm the withdrawal and follow the on-screen instructions.
Note: Withdrawals can take up to two banking days to process, depending on your receiving bank.
Withdrawal Rules Depending on Account Type:

Flex and Flex Plus: Withdrawals can be made at any time without fees.

Liquidity Account: Withdrawals can be made before the end of the term, but a fee of 0.75% of the withdrawn amount (minimum 250 SEK) applies.

Fix Account: Withdrawals cannot be made before the end of the term. When the term ends, the capital is automatically transferred to your Flex account.
Transfers in the Nordiska App
At the moment, transfers are made through the Internet Bank, which you can now open directly from the app.
Follow these steps:

Open the Nordiska app.

Tap “Open new savings account in Internet Bank” – this will open the Internet Bank directly within the app.

Log in with BankID.

In the menu, go to “Deposits and Transfers” and select “Transfer.”

Enter the amount you wish to transfer and choose from which account to which account the transfer should be made.

Confirm the transfer and follow the on-screen instructions.

Casey is an AI-powered digital assistant here to help you with questions about Nordiska. Casey can provide information about our savings products, account details, and more. In addition, Casey can answer certain personal questions about your savings, such as:
- "How much interest did I earn on my savings last year?"
- "What is my savings account balance?"
- "When does my fixed-term savings account mature?"
To start a chat with Casey, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Nordiska savings app: Use BankID to log in to the app.
- Open the menu: Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top left of the home screen.
- Select “Chat”: In the menu, select “Chat” to open the chat function.
- Start chatting with Casey: When the chat opens, Casey will introduce herself and ask how she can help. Type your question directly into the message field to get a quick response.
