Accounts, Deposits, and Withdrawals in the Nordiska App
Currently, it's not possible to open a new savings account through the app. To open a new account, please visit our website and follow the instructions provided there.

- Follow the Instructions: Make a transfer via your bank using the bankgiro number and OCR number displayed in the app. Note that the OCR number is unique for each account, and you can easily copy these details directly from the app to facilitate the transfer.

Länk till fråganCurrently, withdrawals are not made directly via the app; you need to use Nordiska's website. Follow these steps to make a withdrawal:

Log in to the Website: Visit www.nordiska.se and log in to the Internet Bank with your BankID.

Go to "Deposit and Transfer": Click on the menu and select "Transfer."

Enter the Amount: Fill in the amount you want to transfer, whether it's the entire balance or a portion of it.

Select the Withdrawal Account: In the dropdown menu under "To account," choose the registered bank account to which the money should be transferred.

Confirm the Withdrawal: Follow the instructions to complete the transfer.
Note: Withdrawals can take up to two banking days to process, depending on your receiving bank.
Withdrawal Rules Depending on Account Type:

Flex and Flex Plus: Withdrawals can be made at any time without fees.

Liquidity Account: Withdrawals can be made before the end of the term, but a fee of 0.75% of the withdrawn amount (minimum 250 SEK) applies.

Fix Account: Withdrawals cannot be made before the end of the term. When the term ends, the capital is automatically transferred to your Flex account.
