Account Management

You can easily find information about your closed accounts in the Internet Bank:

• Log in to the Internet Bank.
• Click on your name in the top menu.
• Select "Documents" from the menu.

Under "Documents," you'll find an engagement statement for each closed account. This statement provides a summary of your transactions and other relevant information for the closed account.

You can find the general terms and conditions for savings accounts on our website under the "Savings" section. Scroll down to the heading "Terms and Basic Requirements" to view the details.

Your signed agreements are available under "Documents" by clicking on your name in the top right corner of your logged-in page. The general terms and conditions for savings accounts can be found on our website under the "Save" section. Scroll down to "Terms and Basic Requirements" to find the relevant information.

We retrieve updated information from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) every week. Therefore, your address will be automatically updated within a week after you have changed it with the Tax Agency.

To manage an estate, we need:

• A registered copy of the estate inventory (bouppteckning) from the Swedish Tax Agency.

• Certified ID copies for all estate beneficiaries.

• A written instruction signed by all estate beneficiaries or a power of attorney.

To close your savings account:

• Log in to the Internet Bank.
• Click on "Deposit and Transfer" in the top menu.
• Select "Close Account."

Accrued interest will be paid out along with the capital amount, after any applicable taxes, within 1–2 banking days.

You can close Flex and Flex Plus accounts. Fix accounts are automatically closed when the term ends. Note that if you have an active Fix account, you need to have a Flex account to receive the payout, which means the Flex account cannot be closed before that.
