Account Management
You can easily find information about your closed accounts in the Internet Bank:
- Log in to the Internet Bank.
- Click on your name in the top menu.
- Select "Documents" from the menu.
Under "Documents," you'll find an engagement statement for each closed account. This statement provides a summary of your transactions and other relevant information for the closed account.

Länk till fråganWe retrieve updated information from the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) every week. Therefore, your address will be automatically updated within a week after you have changed it with the Tax Agency.

A registered copy of the estate inventory (bouppteckning) from the Swedish Tax Agency.

Certified ID copies for all estate beneficiaries.

A written instruction signed by all estate beneficiaries or a power of attorney.

- Log in to the Internet Bank.
- Click on "Deposit and Transfer" in the top menu.
- Select "Close Account."
Accrued interest will be paid out along with the capital amount, after any applicable taxes, within 1–2 banking days.
You can close Flex and Flex Plus accounts. Fix accounts are automatically closed when the term ends. Note that if you have an active Fix account, you need to have a Flex account to receive the payout, which means the Flex account cannot be closed before that.

To retrieve an account statement for closed accounts, log in to "Mina sidor" (My Pages) and click on your name in the top right corner.
Go to "Documents" and select "Engagement Statement – Closed Accounts." There, you can choose the account for which you want a statement.
To download an account statement, log in to your page on Nordiska and click on "View details and transactions" for the account you want the statement from.
Choose the desired date range and then click "PDF" to download the statement and save it to your device.
Annual Statements
Your annual statement is available in the Internet Bank and contains a summary of interest and tax information reported to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket).
Please note that the annual statement is not yet displayed directly in the app interface, but you can access the Internet Bank either via the app or through Nordiska’s website to download it.
If you’re using the Nordiska app:

Open the Nordiska app.

Tap “Open new savings account in Internet Bank” – this opens the Internet Bank directly within the app.

Log in with BankID.

Click your name in the top-right corner.

Select “Documents” from the menu.

Click “Annual statement” to open or download the document.
If you’re using Nordiska’s website:

Go to www.nordiska.se.

Click “Log in” in the top-right corner and select Internet Bank.

Log in with BankID.

Click your name in the top-right corner.

Select “Documents” from the menu.

Click “Annual statement” to open or download the document.
📄 Note: Annual statements are only created for accounts that were closed or where interest was capitalized during the previous calendar year.

Closed accounts are also included if they earned interest during the year.
Fixed-rate accounts (Fix and Liquidity) that have not matured yet will only appear on the annual statement for the year in which the interest is paid out.
Engagement Statements
You can find engagement statements for your closed accounts by logging in to "My Pages" and going to the Account Overview. At the bottom of the page, below the overview of your active accounts, click on "Engagement Statement – Closed Accounts."
Alternatively, you can click on your name in the top right corner and select "Documents." Then click the arrow on the right side to display the list of your closed accounts.

You can also send and read messages to our customer support directly in the app — these are two separate features.
Messages from Nordiska (Internet Bank)
You can read these messages either through the website or directly in the app by opening the Internet Bank:
Via the app:

Open the Nordiska app.

Tap “Open new savings account in Internet Bank.”
The Internet Bank will open directly within the app. -
Log in with BankID.

Click the envelope icon (📩) in the top-right corner next to your name to view your messages.
Via the website:

Go to www.nordiska.se.

Log in to the Internet Bank with BankID.

Click the envelope icon (📩) in the top-right corner next to your name to read your messages.
Messages to customer support (app)
You can also send and read messages to our customer support directly in the app:

Open the Nordiska app.

Go to Menu → Support → Messages.

Here you can view and reply to your support cases.
Please note:

Messages from Nordiska (such as account information and important updates) are available in the Internet Bank, which you can now access both via the app and the website.
-
Messages related to customer support cases are handled directly in the app.
