My Messages - Bank Help Desk

Follow these steps to access your messages in the Internet Bank:

  • Log in
    Go to Nordiska’s Internet Bank and log in using BankID.
  • Open messages
    Click the envelope icon (📩) in the top right corner next to your name.
  • Read your messages
    Here you will find all messages from Nordiska, including important updates and information about your accounts.

Note: Messages from Nordiska can currently only be read via the Internet Bank – not in the Nordiska app.
